The Treaty Tribes Coalition (TTC) was formed in 1994 to represent iwi and advocate for the allocation of fisheries settlement assets on principled terms that reflected tikanga, the Treaty of Waitangi and the fisheries settlement itself. The guiding vision of TTC will always be Ki Uta Ki Tai, striving for Iwi to be active participants in their rohe moana, pursuing sustainable, tikanga based kaitiakitanga and development within the marine environment.

REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms & Conditions have been compiled to enable all registrants to have clear guidance on the registration process and cancellation policy guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations prior to Sunday 15 May 2011 will result in a full refund, less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations after that date will be non-refundable, but will remain transferable.

Registration

  • To register, your options are;
    • go on line at www.manamoana.co.nz and register electronically
    • the preferred payment method is credit card which is accepted via our website
    • All payments are in New Zealand Dollars
    • No manual registrations are available unless by prior arrangement – to discuss options available phone (06) 862 8083 or send an email to trust@tamanuhiri.iwi.nz.
    • Registrations received will be sent a Tax Invoice/Receipt electronically. If you would like confirmation returned to you by fax, please ensure you document this request in the section, “Other Special Requirements”, including your correct fax number when you register.
  • NO BLOCK BOOKINGS OF UNNAMED REGISTRANTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND/OR HELD.
  • Registrations are transferable provided the Conference Registration Team is notified in writing of the name of the replacement individual(s) before Sunday 15 May 2010by 5.00pm.

Approved Payment Methods

  • Registrations received will be sent a confirmation of receipt advice electronically. If you do not receive one please contact the Registrations Administrator on (06) 862 8083.
  • TAX INVOICE/RECEIPT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE GENERATED AND FROWARDED TO YOU AS PRIMARY REGISTRANT.
  • ALL registrants who choose an alternative payment option MUST make payment QUOTING THEIR REGISTRATION ID NUMBER TO SECURE THEIR PLACE. Should the payment not be received within the 5 day reprieve provided their registration will automatically be VOIDED!
  • Those registrants who choose an alternative method of payment (to that of the preferred Credit Card), carry a mandatory interim 5 day reprieve.
  • All payments must be credited to the following bank account within the mandatory 5 day reprieve:

Accommodation

  • Accommodation options for conference delegates are listed on our website www.manamoana.co.nz.
  • Rooms have been secured for conference delegates through the various accommodation suppliers who are all listed on this website.
  • Registrants are encouraged by Treaty Tribes Coalition Event Management to secure accommodation as quickly as possible from any of the listed options so as not to miss out on premium accommodation options that are at or close to the conference venue.
  • Accommodation booked by registrants and any associated charges are to be settled by the delegate(s) upon departure.
  • Treaty Tribes Coalition Limited will not accept responsibility for any costs incurred in relation to accommodation booked by conference delegate(s).
